Warranty Terms & Conditions in Malaysia

  1. BB Solution Sdn Bhd undertakes the Warranty of :
     
    (a) Handset / USB Modem / Terminal ("Product") - for a period of twelve (12) months
    (b) Earphone and Mic ("Handsfree Kit")** - for a period of six (6) months
    (c) Travel Charger - for a period of six (6) months*
    (d) Battery - for a period of six (6) months *
    (e) Data Cable – warranty 3 months
     
    * From the date of purchase by the customer (not transferable) under normal use.
    ** If included in the box set.
     
  2. The Warranty extends only to customer who purchased the product in Malaysia and is not assignable or transferable to any subsequent purchase/customer.
     
  3. The Warranty shall be conducted through BB Solution Sdn Bhd authorized service centres in Malaysia only.
     
  4. The Warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
     
    (a) Normal wear and tear of the equipment;
    (b) Usage of equipment other than its normal and customary manner;
    (c) Unauthorized disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications being carried out;
    (d) Misuse, abuse, negligence or accident however caused to the Product (including Antenna and Handsfree Kit)
    (e) Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alteration or modification of the Product.
    (f) Spilage of food or liquid, corrosion, rust or the use of wrong voltage.
    (g) Scratches or damage to plastic surfaces and all other externally exposed parts that are due to normal customer use.
    (h) Connection to a device:
         (i) not endorsed by BB Solution Sdn Bhd
         (ii) not fit for use with the Product.
     
  5. All related cost incidental and incurred thereto (without limitation to spare parts costs, maintenance cost, delivery, etc.) shall be borne by the Buyer.
     
  6. The Warranty will be null and void in any of the following events:
     
    (a) The serial number or warranty seal on the equipment has been altered, defaced or removed.
    (b) Any term contained in his warranty has been altered or modified in any way without prior written consent of BB Solution Sdn Bhd.
    (c) BB Solution Sdn Bhd has not been notified by the Customer of the alleged defect or malfunction of the of the Product during the applicable warranty period.
     
  7. If the Product is returned to BB Solution Sdn Bhd after the expiration of the warranty period, BB Solution Sdn Bhd’s normal service policies shall apply and the Consumer will be charged accordingly.
     
    (a) BB Solution Sdn Bhd neither assumes for it any other obligation or liability beyond that which is expressly provide for in this limited warranty.
    (b) All warranty information, product features and specifications are subject to change without notice.
     
  8. THIS WARRANTY IS IN LIEU OF ANY OTHER WARRANTIES EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, SPECIFICALLY INCLUDING ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. BB SOLUTION SDN BHD ASSUMES NO LIABILITY FOR THE BREACH OF THE WARRANTY BEYOND CORRECTING THE BEACH IN THE MANNER DESCRIBED ABOVE.IN NO EVENT SHALL BB SOLUTION SDN BHD BE LIABLE FOR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF USE OR LOSS OF PROFIT RESULTING FROM THE PRODUCT.
